Leadership Conference - Pro Sports annual event held at the beginning of the year is a strategic activity for management teams of units, with the purpose of reporting and orienting action plans for the year. In 2024, Pro Sports chose Ha Tinh as the destination to organize the congress. This is also the occasion of the opening of Pro Sports' first factory in Nghi Xuan, so the atmosphere of joy and excitement to welcome the conference is strongly spreading.
The Factory sector shows its strength and efforts in ensuring production progress, performance and quality indicators, wages, workers... In the extremely difficult context of the market, the Pro Sports' factory ensuring its set goals and being ready to take on more challenges in 2024 . Accordingly, General Director Phan Chinh Quy presented a focus on upgrading and expanding production scope, moving towards the goal of becoming a full FOB unit of the Factory sector.

The conference was held on March 9, 2024 with the participation of more than 100 managers at the units. Under the direction of Vice Chairman Nguyen Khanh Tho, morning and afternoon sessions took place including a total of 8 presentations from the units and sharing by the 2 Chairmans. The reports and plans were evaluated as scientific, specific and implemented in accordance with the meeting's set objectives.
With the report from the Commercial sector - General Director Tran Thi Ha presented business strategies and market expansion in the coming year. Pro Sports Hanoi demonstrates great confidence and aspirations based on human resources, customers as well as development strategy. 2024, hopefully, is a year of many breakthroughs for Pro Sports Hanoi.
In the afternoon meeting, the two Presidents shared orientation with the team. Chairman Chinthaka showed the outlook of the world and Vietnamese markets, and emphasized the message of sustainable and professional development of Pro Sports in the coming period. From his perspective, Chairman Phan Minh Chinh focuses on sharing how to think and operate.
The conference was a complete success with long-term official commitments from the entire team. With the goal of raising standards - innovating - uniting, Pro Sports will certainly develop breakthroughs in 2024, opening a sustainable and landmark journey in the coming period.
