RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up sample making, review & validate PP, SS sample,…
- Review & verify Material Consumption List & Trim Card
- Conduct/handle PP Meeting to factory.
- Pilot run review & follow up.
- Conduct bulk 1st batch Initial inspection inline audits to ensure product quality, to identify problems & potential issues at an early stage for quick improvements.
- Check & approve carton & polybag quality for factory.
- Packing sample verification & approval.
- Random Inline Audit on bulk packing.
- Final/ Assist / handle Pre-final/ Final inspection.
- Update all report types as required.
- Train / guide QA/QC & production on quality standards/ requirements.
- Random audit on process control to evaluate factory performance.
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor degree in Garment or similar in related industries
- Working experience in QA garment from 2 year
- Good at English reading & listening, good computer knowledge
- Knowledge of the garment trade.
- Logical & innovative thinking.
- Able to work in PS factories/sub-contracts (out station)
- Able to work under pressure
